I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, tucked away in a small street just off the bustling main Istiklal street. It's really convenient to have everything I needed right on my doorstep, with shops and a supermarket nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Abdullah, Enis and Fatih. They made me feel welcome and were always willing to assist with any requests or problems. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities and a bathroom. I particularly liked that I had the option of choosing a room on the ground floor or the second floor. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast to start the day.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

During our recent city break, we had a great experience staying in this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the local area and visiting the nearby attractions. the rooms were cozy and clean, offering a comfortable stay during our trip. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, which contributed to a positive experience.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. there was no breakfast included, and there was no on-site restaurant to grab a quick bite before heading out.

The reception staff, especially Murat and Enis, were incredibly helpful and assisted us with everything we needed, from directions to recommendations. Speaking of which, the hotel's attention to detail is impressive. The rooms, located on the 2nd floor, are basic but well-maintained, with a basic bathroom and an extra bed if needed. The staff is friendly and provides good service. And the breakfast, although basic, is tasty and a good way to start the day.

Had a great time ringing in the New Year in this hotel! the staff was very accommodating and provided complimentary champagne and snacks during the countdown. the location was perfect for exploring the city, being close to all the major shopping and entertainment areas. the room was very cozy and had a great view of the city skyline.

There were some aspects that could be improved. the soundproofing in the room was subpar, and we could hear noise from the street and neighboring rooms throughout the night.
